1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "fearwin", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the fearwin online gaming platform accessible at fearwin.pro and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered, or attempts to register, an account on fearwin.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on fearwin.
• "Balance" — the real-money funds held in a Player's fearwin account, excluding any bonus credits or free bet allocations.
• "Bonus Credits" — non-cashable promotional credits granted to a Player, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds .
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by fearwin prior to processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of fearwin is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary arrangement whereby a Player requests that their account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period to assist with responsible gaming.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fearwin, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply alongside fearwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the binding agreement between you and fearwin.

If you access fearwin on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

fearwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

fearwin is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity on fearwin.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

fearwin's services are directed primarily at players residing in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using fearwin does not violate any applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. fearwin does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Employees, contractors, and agents of fearwin and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from creating player accounts or participating in gaming activities on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) fearwin account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. fearwin reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. fearwin will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify fearwin's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account.

4.4 Account Currency

fearwin player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) by default. All displayed balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction amounts are expressed in Philippine Peso unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency deposit channels.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

fearwin operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. KYC verification will be required before processing any withdrawal request and may be triggered at any point during a Player's use of the Platform.

5.1 Verification Documents

fearwin may request one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Postal ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing registered name and mobile number)
• Selfie photograph holding the presented identification document

5.2 Verification Timelines

fearwin aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. fearwin accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide complete or satisfactory documentation in a timely manner.

6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fearwin currently accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. fearwin does not accept deposits via credit cards issued by third parties not in the Player's name.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and applicable transaction limits vary by payment method. These are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. fearwin reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its sole discretion, including implementing enhanced limits for KYC-verified accounts.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to a Player's fearwin account within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours. fearwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking network congestion.

6.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Any funds originating from third-party sources may be returned to the originating payment method without further notice.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Only the real-money balance in a Player's fearwin account is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus credits, free bet allocations, and promotional funds are not directly withdrawable and must be converted to real-money balance through the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

fearwin processes approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes around the clock, including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes subject to network conditions.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to first withdrawal
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified real-money balance
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by fearwin's finance team
• Any active bonus with a pending wagering requirement will restrict withdrawal of the bonus-linked balance until the requirement is fulfilled

7.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

fearwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) suspicious activity or potential fraud is identified; (c) there is an active investigation into the account; or (d) the withdrawal is linked to a contested transaction or chargeback. fearwin will communicate the reason for any withholding to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by fearwin are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section shall apply.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those bonus credits become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live table games, sports betting, and bingo may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus credits expire seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance unless a different validity period is stated in the promotion. Expired bonus credits and any associated pending wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled from the Player's account without compensation.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

fearwin employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus clearing, or exploiting errors in promotion configurations. Where bonus abuse is identified, fearwin reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 Game Integrity

All slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo sessions, fishing games, and other gaming products on fearwin operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-streamed real-world events as applicable. fearwin does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on fearwin. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market panel. fearwin reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and may apply individual account-level limits where warranted.

9.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

fearwin reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or system malfunction. A "manifest error" is defined as an error that a reasonable person would have identified as incorrect at the time of placing the wager — for example, decimal odds that are clearly mispriced by an order of magnitude. fearwin will not be liable to honour winnings arising from manifest errors, and any such winnings credited to a Player's account may be reversed without prior notice.

9.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets on fearwin are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or league at the conclusion of the event. In cases where official results are unavailable, delayed, or disputed, fearwin reserves the right to defer settlement until an official result is confirmed. Live in-game bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, subject to relevant market rules.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fearwin and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one fearwin account simultaneously or sequentially
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets designed solely to exploit pricing discrepancies in fearwin's sportsbook in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, software agents, or any automated means to place bets, access games, or interact with fearwin's systems
• Money laundering: Using fearwin's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure to process, layer, or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals through a payment provider after funds have been used to place wagers on fearwin
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, system errors, or misconfigured promotions for financial gain
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity, submitting falsified KYC documents, or misrepresenting personal information
• Underage gaming: Allowing, facilitating, or participating in gaming activities by any person under 21 years of age

11. Intellectual Property

All content on fearwin — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, marketing materials, and the fearwin brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of fearwin or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in fearwin's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any fearwin content without the prior written consent of fearwin. Unauthorized use of fearwin's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

fearwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on fearwin, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fearwin implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect Player data, including SSL encryption across all platform communications, secure storage of KYC documents, and restricted internal access to sensitive account information. 13. Responsible Gaming

fearwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. fearwin recognizes that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and it is fearwin's policy to assist any Player who is experiencing difficulty in managing their gaming behavior.

13.1 Player-Controlled Limits

Players may set the following limits through the fearwin account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited
• Session time limits: Alerts or automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play
• Loss limits: Caps on the maximum amount a Player may lose within a defined time period

13.2 Self-Exclusion

Any Player who wishes to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion through fearwin's support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, and they will not be permitted to create a new fearwin account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

13.3 Age Verification and Minor Protection

fearwin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement at registration and at the point of withdrawal processing. fearwin also encourages parents and guardians to use device-level parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be suspended without notice and referred to the appropriate authorities.

14. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

14.1 Suspension by fearwin

fearwin reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fearwin reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) a KYC or anti-money laundering concern has been identified; or (d) continued account operation poses a risk to fearwin or other players.

14.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon account suspension, access to the Platform will be restricted and pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation. Where a suspension is resolved in the Player's favour, fearwin will restore access and process any legitimately held withdrawal requests. Where a suspension results in permanent closure, fearwin will communicate the outcome and return any undisputed real-money balance to the Player via the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations.

14.3 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fearwin support. Prior to processing closure, fearwin will request that any pending wagering requirements be settled and will process any outstanding withdrawal of the real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus credits held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fearwin's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fearwin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from the use of fearwin
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from platform downtime or technical failure
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond fearwin's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fearwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

fearwin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the fearwin website at fearwin.pro/terms-conditions. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — fearwin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification to registered Players.

Your continued use of fearwin following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.3 above.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of fearwin, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through fearwin's support channels. Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance, as the majority of account and transaction issues can be resolved efficiently at this level.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with fearwin's support team within fourteen (14) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

17.3 Language

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
